The decision to name our new storage facility Fred's Self Storage was deeply personal and heartfelt.  This building holds a significant place in our family's history, as it was owned by our father Mr. Fouad (Fred) Marzouca for nearly 40 years and served as the location of his office. 

Naming the facility after him is our way of honoring his incredible legacy.  Our father had a profound love for Spartanburg, SC a city where he built not only his business but also countless friendships.  He was a beloved member of the community, admired for his hard work, kindness, and unwavering dedication to those around him.

By naming this building Fred's Self Storage, we aim to celebrate his enduring impact and preserve his memory in the city he cherished.
