The Bader Insurance Program protects your
self-storage unit’s valuables from theft, risks, and natural disasters.
Offering affordable coverage options that can work as primary coverage over any
other valid and collectible insurance you may have. This can save you $ as homeowners insurance
often has high deductibles, and claims on homeowners policies can result in
higher premiums on renewals.
Convenient coverage for loss or damage to your self-storage goods. Some of what the program covers include*:
➔
STEP 1: Ensure your
valuables are safe. If your valuables are at risk of sustaining further damage,
take necessary precautions to protect them without putting yourself or others
in harm’s way. Also, tell the facility manager about your loss.
➔
STEP 2: Take pictures
of your storage space and any damage your items may have sustained. Don’t throw
away any damaged property (including your storage unit lock) until you speak
with a claims adjuster.
➔
STEP 3: If a criminal
act appears to have taken place, such as vandalism or burglary, contact the
local police department to file a police report.
➔
STEP 4: Report your
claim via online form or calling 855.805.7433
